Experience the transformative healing power of Reiki. I will help you tap into the Universal Lifeforce Energy to promote relaxation, balance, and renewal in your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re experiencing physical pain or emotional stress, your Reiki sessions can help you feel more centered and rejuvenated. Get ready to start your journey towards holistic wellness. What you should expect: You are booking a Phone Distance Reiki session with me, Emma. This is a no-contact/phone-call session. I will call you at the time of your appointment. Make sure you have entered a working number where I can reach you. You will be at your home or place where you feel you can be relaxed and I will be in my home. Before the session I will prepare by meditating and setting the intention for your healing session (Keep in mind that the Universal Lifeforce Energy will travel where you need it the most and it may not be where you think it should be).Our conversation should be no longer than 45min. The total Reiki Distance Healing session will be around 35min and will start right after we hang up. During that time you can lay in silence or put soft background music. The choice is yours. You do not have to be awake to receive the distance healing work. It's perfectly fine if you fall asleep or go about your day. At the end of the healing session I will send you an email or text(preferred) letting you know the session has ended. I may attach a message I received during the attunement along with audio mantras and short meditations. ****Keep in mind you will be going through a spiritual detox and it is important to reduce or eliminate foods like caffeine, smoking, sugars and fatty meats for a couple of days.****
