Service Description

You are booking a one hour session with Emma, to meet at my place of business in the city of San Diego, Ca. Your session is for one(1) hour with allotted time for questions and concerns to go over. Please be aware that your total stay for your session could be a bit longer than one (1 ) hour. Especially if it is your first time. The total Reflexology session itself will be no less than 45 minutes. What you should expect: I will do my best to have the room at a comfortable temperature but please let me know if you are too cold or warm so that I can accommodate you better. You should wear socks during your session for warmth and comfort only but are not required. The massage tables I use will be a standard or a wider and lower-level table. If you feel you'd prefer the lower-level table, please let me know so I can have it ready when you arrive. Reflexology treats the whole body, mind and soul. It facilitates a state of relaxation and allows the body to heal itself. Because of gravity, toxins in the form of small grains of sand, get stuck in the soles of the feet. These block oxygen and minerals to travel to the designated organs, causing us discomfort or aliments. A reflexologists finds these blockages and that's how we aid your body to heal itself. ****NOT TO BE USED ON OR BY ANY PERSON WITH POOR CIRCULATION, OR ANY PERSON WITH DIABETES. The Audio - You will have a choice of audio. I like to advise my clients to try Brain-sync. Brain-sync can help calm the mind, enhance better learning and concentration during stressful moments, improve the quality of your sleep, stay awake when feeling tired and relax after a hard day.
