Experience the transformative healing power of Reiki. I will help you tap into the Universal Lifeforce Energy to promote relaxation, balance, and renewal in your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re experiencing physical pain or emotional stress, your Reiki sessions can help you feel more centered and rejuvenated. Get ready to start your journey towards holistic wellness. What you should expect: You are booking a Distance Reiki - Zoom session with me, Emma. This is a no-contact/online-Zoom session. You will receive an invitation to follow my Zoom link at the time of your appointment. Make sure you have entered a working phone number where I can reach you should we get cut off. You will be at your home or place where you feel you can be relaxed and I will be in my home. Before the session I will prepare by meditating and setting the intention for your healing session (Keep in mind that the Universal Lifeforce Energy will travel where you need it the most and it may not be where you think it should be).Our online conversation should be no longer than 40min. The total Reiki Distance Healing session will be around 35min, so be prepared to go a bit over one hour for your session. After our conversation, you may sit down in silence or lay down, the choice is yours. I will put soft background music since I have found it helpful to connect better with your energies. At the end of the healing session we will say anything else that may need to be said and say our goodbyes. I then sit in silence and wait to receive any other messages for you. If so, I will send you an email or text(preferred) sharing these messages with you along with audio mantras and short meditations. ****Keep in mind you will be going through a spiritual detox and it is important to reduce or eliminate foods like caffeine, smoking, sugars and fatty meats for a couple of days.****
